Essentials of Product Stewardship

Wednesday, September 26 | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

$495 Premium Members | $595 Basic Members & Nonmembers

Product Stewardship is a critical element in a company’s day-to-day operations and license to operate. This course will provide a sound, disciplined set of Core Competencies that can enhance the product stewardship professional and benefit the company. We will examine these core competencies through a holistic approach to product stewardship, not just a discussion of unrelated regulations, buyer requirements, and emerging issues to be addressed on an ad-hoc and uncoordinated basis. We will learn to anticipate, recognize, evaluate and manage the Product Stewardship issues that face consumers, producers, and public.

This full-day course is specifically designed for new and early career product stewards, as well as mid-career professionals looking to enhance their core competencies; industrial hygienists and other EHS professionals wanting to better understand the role of Product Stewardship; as well as professionals that interface with Product Stewardship activities, including legal, research & design, and business development.
