In 2017, the ExxonMobil Chemical Company Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs department conducted an internal customer survey.  The survey objective was to explore and measure the organization’s satisfaction with PS&RA support and identify opportunities to improve service.  Approximately 40 Product and Marketing Managers representing 10 technology platforms were interviewed globally.  In addition to sharing the survey questions and results, this session will focus on sharing solutions that were implemented and are in progress.
