PSX 2022 Will Unveil New “Exchange” Format

In October, PSX 2022 attendees will be able to check out a feature that will set this year’s event apart from previous Product Stewardship Conferences: The Exchange. Although The Exchange has long been the networking center of the conference, it has now grown into PSX’s first-ever exhibit hall.

To keep up with the growth of PSX and the needs of attendees, The Exchange aims to be a multi-use space that is more structured and better organized compared to anything encountered in prior conference formats. First of all, it will be a one-stop shopping opportunity. Attendees can interact with leading industry suppliers who provide a wide range of products and services geared towards supporting product stewards and professionals from related disciplines. These exhibitors can help attendees find solutions to the challenges they encounter every day in their work.

But in addition to that, The Exchange will also be a space for attendees to network, take breaks between education sessions, and enjoy meals and refreshments. The welcome reception and all lunches will be hosted in The Exchange to give attendees a chance to connect with each other, exhibitors, and sponsors while they eat. Attendees can also stay “plugged in” thanks to two charging stations made available by Bergeson and Campbell, PC and ERM.

The Exchange will open at 9 a.m. for every day of the conference. Dedicated time blocks, when attendees can browse The Exchange without competition from other PSX events, are built into the schedule as well. This dedicated Exchange time gives attendees a chance to rest, visit with exhibitors and each other, and make use of The Exchange’s other functions in between participating in sessions, workshops, partner showcases, and other PSX activities including book signings by both keynote speakers.

One of the most popular activities, The Headshot Café, is back by popular demand! Sponsored by the Board for Global EHS Credentialing, attendees can refresh their professional headshot on Wednesday from noon to 4 p.m. EDT at no expense.

For those who have a competitive spirit, participating in the official PSX PowerPlay game, sponsored by Wolters Kluwer | Enablon, is a great way to break the ice and earn points towards prizes. While you can earn points for completing activities throughout the conference, The Exchange is chock full of point-earning potential.

Last, but not least, if you’d like to hear more from our exhibitor and sponsor partners, be sure to check out our Rise and Shine Breakfast Sessions and Partner Showcases. These bonus presentations will be held in education session rooms throughout the conference.

PSX 2022 will occur Oct. 18–20 in Louisville, Kentucky. Visit the PSX website learn more about The Exchange or to register for the conference.
