Kimberly is a biochemist and environmental toxicologist turned developer, regulatory analyst, and solution engineer. Her career began on a molecular level studying the eco-toxicogenomics of emerging chemicals at Environment Canada and Concordia University. Having joined Sphera 12 years ago, she currently supports the Product Stewardship and Corporate Sustainability solutions of Sphera’s ESG platform. When not at her desk or doing community gardening, you can find her in the Rocky Mountains with tent and hiking boots or snowshoes in tow.

Prior to his time within the Strategic Growth organization, Randy spent 4 years as a leader within the Benchmark ESG Subscriber Services organization helping new & current subscribers with their deployment & continued evolution of the Benchmark platform across a multitude of functionality areas. Randy has also been a key part of the Analytics Solution team helping with the implementation & training of Benchmark’s integration with Tableau. Randy has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

Jenny Wei Yu, Associate Director, Subscribers Services, Benchmark Digital Partners
Jenny is the Senior Leader of Product Leadership under the Product Management & Marketing pillar at Benchmark Digital Partners (renamed from Gensuite LLC on 1-Jan-2021). Leading the Mobile and Frontier Technology Solutions of Benchmark Tech, for innovations like smart glasses, beacons, and IoT, Jenny has also worked as strategic project advisor for Benchmark ESG | Gensuite®’s Product Compliance and Airlog Solutions in the recent years. Jenny joined the Benchmark team in 2009 as the General Manager of its China subsidiary in Shanghai before moving to the US in 2015 for her MBA. She has led teams in China and the US to provide Benchmark ESG | Gensuite® EHS&S software solutions and services to customer companies, especially in the domains of auditing, incident reporting, permit management, waste management, product compliance, mobile solutions, and more. Prior to Benchmark ESG | Gensuite®’s transition out of General Electric in 2010, Jenny worked on the GE China team to provide EHS software services to local GE users. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Fudan University in China and received her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School in 2017.

In her more than 15 years’ experience with Verisk 3E, Ms. Tsvetkova has been instrumental in leading the company’s growth and innovation strategy for global regulatory decision analytics. She has led the expansion of Verisk 3E’s portfolio of products targeted at delivering compliance outcomes for the chemical and consumer good industries as well as its integration into multiple partner solutions. Ms. Tsvetkova has led multiple product teams and initiatives from idea inception to go to market, where most recently she expanded Verisk 3E’s footprint in helping clients deliver regulatory notifications to government agencies such as the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).

Ms. Tsvetkova’s prior experience includes five years developing products in the international trade and logistics field and two years as a financial analyst with a major global professional services firm.

Ms. Tsvetkova received her MBA in Information Technology Management from the Kogod School of Business. Ms. Tsvetkova is a graduate of the American University in Bulgaria.

Jomarie Garcia, Product Designer, Product Management, Verisk 3E
Jomarie Garcia is responsible for product innovation and client-led solutions for the rules-based SaaS projects for the 3E Insight for Chemicals, 3E Insight for Food, and 3E Monitor applications. Since joining Verisk 3E, Ms. Garcia has co-innovated extensively with internal and external partners on the implementation of compliance and screening assessment tools with a focus on global consumer packaged goods (CPG). Previous to her product role, Ms. Garcia played a significant role in assessing regulatory statutes and regulations pertaining to the U.S. and Canada as Verisk 3E’s North America regulatory expert.

Ms. Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Science in chemistry, with a minor in biology, from University of Puerto Rico; a J.D. from inter-American University of Puerto Rico; and an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from the University of Barcelona, Spain. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and knowledgeable in Italian.
