An effective change management process can lower the risk associated with change and enhance an organization’s competitive edge. By actively assessing and managing change, existing resources can be better aligned, the organization can respond faster to customer demands, and change can be implemented without negatively affecting the day-to-day running of the business. It also creates an opportunity for the development of "best practices", leadership development, and team development.

This webinar will provide attendees with a basic understanding of change management and the principles which guide its use. Tactical, as well as cultural aspects, will be discussed along with various tools, tips, and examples to help support all levels of Product Stewardship professionals. If you are a product steward seeking to understand the various aspects of change management and how to incorporate them broadly within your organization, this webinar is for you.
