AIHA’s Product Stewardship Society (PSS) conducted a comprehensive salary and compensation survey in July 2023. Of the 6,028 individuals who received the survey, 351 responded, representing a 6% response rate. The resulting executive summary is meant to provide members of the product stewardship community with detailed information on industry compensation practices, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits among other pertinent metrics.
